In this period of lock down most of us stay stressed and depressed. Pranayam is a breathing exercise which helps inner purification of your body by allowing the right intake of oxygen. It helps your respiratory system. We forget that, God has constructed our body in a way that, the more it stays in motion the more it stay away from sicknesses. Then why not use the stairs instead of lift, why not walk to nearby stores for grocery shopping than online shopping, why not ride a cycle to work than a vehicle. It is lot more economical and also saves your money on unwanted hospital bills.   

EATING HABITS

It is very important WHAT you eat and also HOW you eat. It is advised to have small amount of meals at regular intervals. Punctuality is very important here. Do not skip meals. To improve your immunity you can add few key ingredients to your list like, ginger, garlic, turmeric, citrus fruits and dark leafy vegetables.
